The Queensland Rugby Union are pleased to welcome Gullivers Sport Travel to our suite of commercial partners.

The QRU and Gullivers are already working together on a once-in-a-lifetime UK and Ireland tour in January and February 2025, coinciding with the Reds’ Super Rugby Pacific pre-season trip to play against high-profile club teams Bristol and Ulster.

The formalisation of the partnership will see Reds members and commercial partners benefit from exclusive tour offers and opportunities, with Gullivers signage on display at 2025 Queensland Reds Super Rugby Pacific matches.

“We welcome the opportunity to be associated with the Reds and the QRU,” Kevin Maloney, Chairman of the Tulla Group, said.

“We look forward to providing experiences, not only within Rugby but also other adventures organised with Gulliver’s, to the Queensland Rugby family.”

QRU Head of Commercial & Content Pete Fairbairn said that partnering with Gullivers was an easy decision.

“Gullivers are synonymous with Australian sport and rugby travel, with so many of our members and fans having travelled the globe to support the Wallabies as part of their iconic tours,” Fairbairn said.

“Working with Kevin, Mike and Ken to showcase their breadth of offerings is exciting to us and provides great opportunities for our loyal members.”

For over 40 years, the business has specialised in creating tailor-made tours for educational, musical, sporting groups, corporates, and more. Though the travel landscape has evolved over the decades, their core values and commitment to personal service have steadfastly remained.

In 2021, Gullivers proudly became a part of the Tulla Group, marking a new chapter in their journey while preserving the essence of what makes them unique. Despite this change, their long-recognised presence in the travel industry and each community they serve remains strong, continuing to deliver the exceptional service and travel opportunities Gullivers is renowned for.

With more than 4000 successful tours to their name, and more recently 4,000 enthusiasts traveling to the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France, you’re in experienced and knowledgeable hands when you choose to travel with Gullivers Sports Travel.

Whether you’re in search of sports, music, educational travel, or something entirely unique, the only limit is your imagination!

The Queensland Reds and Gulliver’s will share opportunities for members to take advantage of special offers in coming months.
