The Queensland Rugby Union is today proud to announce extensions for 2026 with five partners who have become integral to the positive growth at the QRU and Queensland Reds.

Extensions have been locked in with technology and communications leader Fredon, leadership coaching experts 2b Limitless, Amora Hotel Brisbane, acclaimed French restaurant C'est Bon and Dritimes towels.

Fredon is an award-winning Australian-owned company which plays a key role in maximising the state-of-the-art facilities at QRU headquarters in the BMS National Rugby Training Centre at Ballymore.

"We kicked off with the QRU through the Ballymore redevelopment. Making sure we help maintain the NRTC and use it to its full potential is significant to the partnership," Fredon General Manager Dave Millar said.

"There is lots of tech stuff behind the scenes to make sure the QRU, the Reds, partners and hirers get to utilise the AV (Audio Visual) service to the full for meetings and presentations. From the ground announcer's equipment on grand final day to interfacing with the broadcaster, you want the operator services to be as smooth as possible."

A 12-month partnership extension will build on the strong association.

"Fredon is certainly enjoying the time with the Reds and the 'Inner Sanctum' experience as a partner. We are looking forward to being part of a really positive 2026," Millar said.

The full scope of Fredon's services can be found on the website https://www.fredon.com.au/

Fredon are a leading provider of engineering, installation and maintenance solutions through our Asset Services, Electrical & Communications, HVAC, Technology, Security and Infrastructure divisions.

The Amora Hotel Brisbane and the QRU have extended their Hotel Accommodation Partnership for 2026. It will continue the positive experience with one of Brisbane's top hotels.

The Amora hosted the Welsh rugby team when they visited Brisbane to play the Reds in 2024. The important QRU End-of-Year Networking Event for partners was held on the hotel's impressive Pool Terrace in November.

The Amora will host the NSW Waratahs in January when they visit Brisbane to play the Reds on January 31 at Ballymore Stadium in the final trial before the Super Rugby Pacific season.

“Amora Hotel Brisbane looks forward to another year with the Queensland Reds, reaffirming our partnership and the ongoing Amora Centreline Lounge experience,” Amora Hotel Brisbane General Manager Rob Unson said.

Friends, family, clients or special guests get a premium corporate hospitality experience on game days in the Amora Centreline Lounge at Suncorp Stadium.

The restaurant is owned by long-time rugby advocate and supporter Steve Wilson. It is an enduring partnership escalated by the mouth-watering expertise of head chef Andy Ashby.

"AW Hospitality Group is proud to re-sign with the Queensland Reds for a third year and look forward to seeing what lies ahead for the team and partnership,” Ashby said.
