1. Angus Bell

One of only two Waratahs that makes the team of the week, Bell was one of the few players to put up a fight in Auckland.

Managing ten carries and a perfect defensive record, plus a near perfect day at set piece, the Wallaby was one of the few players to ask questions of the Blues.

2. Richie Asiata

The first of many Reds in our side, Richie Asiata capped off an impressive season with a strong all round effort against the Drua.

Having a perfect night in both the lineout and the scrum, Asiata also didn't miss a single defensive tackle, picking up a turnover for his efforts.

3. Zane Nonggorr

It was another mammoth 65-minute effort from the Reds prop.

Coming up against a strong Drua side, Nonggorr went looking for work - and continued to show why he has one of the strongest engines in Australia's front row stocks.

4. Josh Canham

A try capped off a strong night for the young Wallaby, working in tandem with Ryan Smith to make it a tough night at the office in the lineout for the Drua.

The lock performed his job well as an effective battering ram to condense the Drua defense - his efforts helping contribute to the Reds finding holes and scoring five first half tries.

5. Ryan Smith

On his final night playing at Suncorp Stadium, Ryan Smith showed again why he is one of the players who has moved quietly under the radar at the Reds.

Working well in tandem with Canham and Joe Brial, Smith finished with nine carries, 11 tackles and a try assist to go with a solid night at set piece - plus a farewell conversion to get him on the scoresheet.

6. Rob Valetini

Joe Brial had a blinder for the Reds again with a try for his efforts and three defenders beaten - however, such a result was expected against a side at the bottom of the table.

On a night where the Brumbies were outplayed for most of the match, it took one of their superstars to get them back into the game against the Crusaders - and Rob Valetini stood up yet again.

Across his 12 carries and 15 tackles, Valetini put in a composed performance, not conceding a single infringement while also picking up a try assist and a line break assist.

7. Fraser McReight

Fraser McReight had a mixed night defensively, but the Wallaby was back to his attacking best.

Making 22.8 post-contact metres across ten carries, McReight busted two tackles, broke the line on two occasions, and picked up a try assist against the Drua.

8. Langi Gleeson

Langi Gleeson reaffirmed one last time why he will be missed next year when he heads overseas.

With a mammoth 19 carries, 44.1 post contact metres, and five tackle busts, Gleeson was head and shoulders about the rest of his Waratah counterparts.

9. Tate McDermott

It was a quieter performance from Tate McDermott compared to previous weeks, but the Reds scrumhalf still impressed.

Busting two tackles and helping the Reds break the Drua line twice, he served as a handy distributor to let the Reds backline effectively put the Drua away.

10. Noah Lolesio

While Tom Lynagh also enjoyed a strong outing for the Reds, Noah Lolesio's approach to try and take more ball on contributed to the Brumbies second half fightback.

In addition to picking up eleven points and having a perfect night with the kicking tee, Lolesio made nine carries for 42 post contact metres, busting five tackles and also breaking the Crusaders defensive line.

11. Corey Toole

Busting two defenders and contributing to a line break, Corey Toole had his work cut out against a firing Crusader backline.

While he didn't get on the scoresheet, a try assist for his efforts helped keep the Brumbies in the hunt.

12. Hunter Paisami

Hunter Paisami enjoyed one of his best performances of the year in Reds colours, back at his sledgehammering best against the Drua.

His seven carries included two tackle busts and a line break assist, effectively absorbing pressure to allow the likes of Josh Flook and Lachie Anderson to reap the rewards on the scoresheet.

Throw in a perfect defensive record for the night, and it was an ideal performance for a player looking to break back into the Wallabies side.

13. Len Ikitau

Josh Flook also enjoyed a strong evening, but Len Ikitau proved to be the backline star that got the Brumbies back into the game in Canberra.

In addition to scoring a try and having a perfect defensive record, Ikitau also busted two tackles and broke the Crusaders' defensive line in the second half fightback.

14. Lachie Anderson

It is impossible not to include the Reds winger in the team of the week - and not just because of the four tries he picked up against the Drua.

Anderson also broke the Drua defensive line on two occasions, only adding more misery to the Fijians.

15. Jock Campbell

A big reason why Lachie Anderson benefitted on the scoresheet was thanks to a stellar shift from the Reds full back - and one of the best games he has played this season.

Jock Campbell might not have crossed the chalk - but his flawless infringement record, two line breaks, two tackle busts, and three try assists played a major part in the Reds ability to take apart their opposition.
