Biography

Harry Wilson will be aiming to make his St.George Queensland Reds debut in 2020 after continuing to impress coaching staff at Ballymore.

Wilson begins his second season with the Reds this year after being signed as part of Queensland’s Wider Training Squad in 2019.
 
A product of St Joseph’s College, Gregory Terrace, Wilson represented both the Queensland and Australian Schoolboy sides in 2016 and 2017, plus played for the Junior Wallabies in this year’s U20s World Championships in Argentina.

The barnstorming backrower backed up his Queensland Premier Rugby U19 Player of the Year accolade in 2018 with the Alec Evans Medal this year as the competition’s best player, before guiding Brothers to a Hospital Challenge Cup Grand Final appearance against University of Queensland.

Trained and prepared with the St.George Queensland Reds during the 2019 Super Rugby season. Awarded Alec Evans medal as Queensland Premier Rugby’s best player, before guiding Brothers to a Hospital Challenge Cup Grand Final appearance. Represented Junior Wallabies at U20s World Championships in Argentina.

2018

Played in eight matches for Queensland Country in the NRC including the Grand Final against the Fijian Drua. Named U19 Player of the Year in Queensland Premier Rugby with Brothers.

2017

Represented both Queensland and Australia at Schoolboys level.

Represented both Queensland and Australia at Schoolboys level.
