Competition: Junior Rugby Championship (JRC)

The Junior Rugby Championship is a weeklong national tournament for U16 players, focused on providing all players and staff with a high-level experience.
The JRC is the second stage in the Queensland Reds pathway
The Reds Academy will select a Maroon and White team.
These two sides will play the other Super Rugby Franchises as well as an Australian barbarians’ team.

The Reds Academy will invite approx. 100 players to attend three separate trials throughout the year. The Reds Academy Talent ID team will invite players based off their performances in school or club competitions.

Trial 1 - Saturday 19th June
Trial 2 - Sunday 1st August
Trial 3 - Sunday 22nd August
