Tom Robinson and Isaac Kefu, both sons of proud Wallabies, have earned their first run-on roles for the Queensland Reds Under-19s and Under-16s in Perth on Sunday.

The blond-haired Robinson slots in at flanker for the Super Rugby Men’s U19s clash against the Western Force (3:05pm AEST).

The son of former Wallabies backrower Brett Robinson played some energised minutes off the bench against NSW last weekend after returning from the victorious Australian U18s mission in New Zealand.

The Reds have shrewdly kept changes to a minimum in the pack over their three games which is building cohesion. Robinson’s inclusion results in Charlie Brosnan shifting from flanker to lock.

At halfback, Callum Reidy will start for the first time in the series. It makes the running game of James Martens no less a threat because he will be a dynamic finisher in this match.

Martens (242.4m) leads the way as a metre-gainer for the Reds U19s through two matches.

Brody McLaren returns from a niggling injury to start at flyhalf.

Winger Dom Kallquist, a vocal urger from the wing as a replacement against NSW, will start.

On the bench, there will be a first opportunity in this series for Australian U18s hooker John Grenfell and back-up flyhalf Finn McKay.

In the Super Rugby Men’s U16s game (1:05pm AEST), the Reds will be looking to bounce back against the Force after a chastening 50-20 loss to the Waratahs.

With injury behind him, the son of 1999 World Cup-winner Toutai Kefu will start at halfback.

Townsville Grammar’s Roldan Waike is a first-time inclusion on the wing which brings his elusive quick-stepping into play.

Hemi Rakuita shifts to fullback as result which means Dylan Terblanche will be used off the bench in this game.
