Queensland Reds head coach Les Kiss is set to headline next January's Youth Rugby Coaching Forum alongside a number of Reds representatives next January.

Kiss will help mentor hundreds of coaches from across Australia and abroad, with incoming assistant coaches Brad Davis, Zane Hilton and Jon Fisher also part of the innovative forum at St Joseph's Nudgee College.

In what is the third year of the forum, current Reds playmaker and aspiring coach James O’Connor will also present alongside former Wallabies assistant Laurie Fisher, Crusaders Academy Manager Aaron Web and a host of other well-credentialed coaches and professionals.

Nudgee College Director of Rugby Sean Graham said: “Over 350 coaches from around the country have attended our first two events with growing international appeal.

"This is exciting, as a major part of the weekend is sharing our ideas and challenging our way of thinking, so the more diversity of coaches in the room the better.

"We have the capacity to cater for ‘Live-in’ Guests on-site, so we welcome coaches from far and wide.”

The forum will cover the art of coaching, feedback and communication techniques, session and program planning, mental fitness strategies, breathing techniques, video analysis, and strength & conditioning programs, as well as the technical and tactical core-skill and position-specific skill master classes.
