Academy

Reds Academy Staff will select players form the Junior Academy and Premier Club Rugby. Players may be included in the squad at any stage of the season based on performance. All players are required to play Queensland Premier Rugby.

Program goals:

1. Prepare players to transition into the Queensland Reds Super Rugby Squad.

2. Prepare players for Junior Wallabies selection.

• Position Specific Sessions
• Game Reviews/Feedback
• Integration with Reds Super Rugby Squad

• Led by Reds Academy Head of Athletic Performance
• Focus on strength conditioning and speed
• Injury prevention and rehabilitation programs
• Nutrition education

• A variety of guest speakers will present on relevant off field / life skill topics
